Using the app

By using Constellations, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the app.

What it is

Constellations is a personal tracking and organization tool for dissociatives and multiples. It is not medical care, therapy, crisis support, or emergency support.

Do not use the app as the only basis for medical, safety, legal, or emergency decisions.

Your account and content

• You are responsible for your account and for keeping your login secure.
• Your content remains yours.
• You give us permission to store, process, display, and transmit your content only as needed to run the app and features you choose.
• Do not use the app to store or share illegal content, abusive content, or content that violates someone else’s rights.

Connected services

If you connect Discord, PluralKit, Simply Plural, Octocon, push notifications, or another third-party service, you are also responsible for following that service’s rules.

Paid or supporter features

Some features may be paid, supporter-only, or manually granted. Those features may change over time. Payment providers and app stores may have their own terms.

Availability

We try to keep the service available, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. Features may change, break, or be discontinued.

Limits

The service is provided as-is. To the extent allowed by law, Neburose is not responsible for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages from using the app.
